👋 Hello, I'm Sergio!
I have over 25 years of experience in the tech industry, most of which I've spent covering various leadership roles, from engineering manager to VP of Engineering of a big corporation to CTO and CPTO of startups and scale-ups.
I have experienced the struggles of learning the tools of the trade, and today, my mission is to help individuals and companies improve their tech leadership.

I spent a decade in executive teams and have been on a board of directors. I am naturally curious to understand how each business works and put Technology to its service. Today, I run my own business as a Solopreneur.

Though most of my career has focused on Technology, I've also held roles in which I led product teams. I've helped shape Product strategies, improve product processes, and collaborate with Technology to make it happen.

With a rich and diverse experience spanning startups, scale-ups, and big corporations, I bring a unique perspective to every project. I have been a software engineer and DevOps, covering most management positions, including CTO and CPTO roles.

I've worked with companies across five continents. Having lived in 5 countries and being fluent in 🇬🇧 English, 🇪🇸 Spanish, 🇫🇷 French, and 🇮🇹 Italian, I bring a unique perspective and the ability to connect with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Hands-on Experience
I have been hands-on in coding and managing services for an extended part of my career. Even though this happens only occasionally, I am still very close to the details of how to build good software.

I train, mentor, and coach both experienced and aspiring tech leaders. Working closely with a select few, I offer personalized one-to-one coaching and mentoring, ensuring each client receives the attention and guidance they need to thrive.
